Chardonnay and Cinsault grapes were both hand-picked for this award winning Cap Classique. Whole bunches were gently pressed to collect the most pure juice.

What can you expect?

Pale pink in colour with delicate bubbles rushing forward, this Brut Rose displays delicate aromas of freshly cut strawberries, raspberries and red fruit on the nose. The palate is filled with white peach, mushroom and biscuit flavours. A persistent mousse leads to finesse and flair in the finish.

Food pairing?

Pair this wine with mature brie cheese and fresh melon wrapped in thin layers of prosciutto, West Coast mussels, Red Thai Curry or honey nougat with roasted almonds and berries.
