FAB WINES CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2020
Dry-farmed Cabernet Sauvignon with a kiss of Merlot from the Paarl region, blended with structured Cabernet Sauvignon from Stellenbosch.
The wine completed malolactic fermentation in old 300L barrels and was matured for 12 months. 10% new French oak was used to add structure and balance.
A beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon with red berry fruit from the Paarl grapes as well as darker berry notes, cassis and tomato-leaf from the Stellenbosch vineyards. Soft and grainy tannins with a silky and refined finish.
Made for now, but can cellar for a further 5-7years.
