The grapes were handpicked on four different occasions in order to have a spread of flavours. All the grapes are whole bunch pressed in the cellar and fermented in French oak barrels for 12 months. The wine shows notes of delicate citrus aromas of blue orange and hits of lemon and lime rind which is followed by some beautiful notes of butterscotch and white almond. On the palate the wine has a clean crisp acidity with citrus flavors from the nose onto the palate. There is good complexity with long creamy textured finish.
