Was born in 2019 and is a partial skin-fermented Sauvignon Blanc produced from a 0.3ha single block in Bishop's court. Very complex nose, lots of stone fruit, with a hint of cinnamon and some greener notes. On the pallet the wine coats every surface of the tongue making it a bit heavier than a usual Sauvignon Blanc. Stone fruit comes through on the pallet with a well-integrated acidity keeping the wine still fresh.
