Robust, yet elegant. Luscious and full flavoured with spice, cinnamon while plum fruit sweetens the finish. The bunches are crushed, destalked and the mash pumped to open-top oak fermenters. A portion of stalks are added back for extra structure. Regular punch downs ensures good colour and skin tannin.
Maturation took place in older French Oak barrels in a mixture of 225l, 300l and 500l barrels. Cellar potential is 5 years +
