Bellevue The Reserve Collection Chardonnay 2019 per Case

This is a rich, full bodied, barrel fermented Chardonnay. Citrus notes of orange peel and ruby grape are evident both on the nose and on the palate. As a result of its alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrel, as well as its further maturation on the lees, this wine’s finish is long, complemented by butterscotch and biscuit flavours.

Tasting Notes:
This is a rich, full bodied, barrel fermented chardonnay. on the nose and palate you will find a citrus character of orange peel and rubygrape. enjoy a lingering finish wrapped in butterscotch and biscuit inspired by fermentation in french oak barrels.

Vinification:
fermented and completed malolactic in new french oak barrels, then barrel matured on the lees for further development for a total of 12 months.
